Creating White-Label Client Security Reports

3 min readUpdated 24 March 2026

The Agency plan unlocks white-label security reports — giving you professional, branded documentation to share with clients.

What White-Label Reports Include

The exported CSV security report includes all the data needed to build a compelling client-facing document:

  • Complete security audit snapshot — every setting and its current state
  • Site URL, report date, and WordPress/PHP versions
  • Sections for hardening, login protection, spam controls, and HTTP headers
  • License plan information

How to Build a Branded Report

  1. Export the CSV from Tools → WP 1 Click LockDown → Security Report → Export CSV.
  2. Open the CSV in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
  3. Import into your agency's report template — map the "Setting" column to your table labels and "Value" to the status column.
  4. Add your agency logo, client name, and reporting period.
  5. Export as PDF for delivery to the client.

Presenting Reports to Clients

Frame security reports as evidence of value, not just technical documentation. Lead with a summary: "X security measures are active and protecting your site. We blocked Y login attempts this month." Then include the full detailed report as an appendix for clients who want the technical detail.

💡

Schedule a monthly export using a calendar reminder. Quarterly or monthly reports keep clients aware of the ongoing security work your agency provides — making the value of your retainer tangible.
