To improve WP 1 Click LockDown, we collect non-identifiable usage statistics, such as which features are used most frequently, common plugin configurations, and general error reports. This data is completely anonymous and cannot be linked to you or your site.

Contact Information

When you contact our support team, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

WP 1 Click LockDown is listed on WordPress.org. When you download WP 1 Click LockDown from WordPress.org, WordPress collects metadata (download count, rating) which is publicly available. This is controlled by WordPress.org, not by WP 1 Click LockDown.

6. Site Data (On Your Server)

WP 1 Click LockDown processes security data on your WordPress installation—login attempts, spam comments, security headers, etc. All of this data remains on your server and is never transmitted to our servers. You have complete control over this data.
